Too often today, we are quick to criticize and
slow to praise. Also, it seems rare to complete any kind of business transaction and feel like you "got your money's worth", rarer still for someone to go "above and beyond". For these reason's, I thought it appropriate to take a moment to offer my unqualified recommendation of Mr. Phillip Johnson.

Phillip sold our home to us in July, 2000. He took the time to understand the buying circumstances under which Julie and I looked in a home. Take these factors into consideration, he always showed us suitable properties. It aways appeared to us that his goal was to meet our needs. He never tried to "pigeon hole" us, nor did he ever try to "close a sale" prematurely. In fact, he steered us away from several homes by pointing out potential problems. Phillip worked with us for nearly six months, spending many hours, and we never felt rushed. I know how busy a realtors schedule can be, but it seemed like we were his only client.

Phillip sold our house for us in October of 2001, I was called to pastor a local church which provides a parsonage. We never thought of asking anyone else to list our home.

Having worked with Phillip at both ends of the table it is without reservation that I tender mt heartiest endorsement of his services. He blend professionalism with personal service. It was refreshing to work with someone who treats people honestly and with genuine concern. We found him always, and in every way, worthy of our trust.
