I have lived in several areas of the Triangle(Cary, "Inside the Beltline" Raleigh, Durham, North Raleigh) during my life. I love the Triangle! After attending North Carolina State University, I founded a high-end furniture manufacturing business with a partner. After 6 years of making pencil post beds, dining room tables, fine mirrors, book shelves, and other fine furnishings and after spending long hours each day and night trying to build my company, I realized I was missing too much time from my family, so I sold out my partnership(while already having a real estate license) and got my General Contractor License and did several projects and remodels. I've been married to my loving wife Carol for almost 20 years, and have two wonderful children...Tyler and Jessica. I enjoy traveling, boating, sports, reading non-fiction and history, political discussions and playing the drums...Most importantly, I enjoy watching my son and daughter grow and blossom. I also appreciate the relationships and friendships I've developed with my clients over the years. Helping my clients find that special home is a challenge I take seriously. Knowing my clients trust me and my judgment in helping them decide on an extremely important investment decision, is a trust I take with great appreciation. Why Real Estate? I started working as a "Buyers Specialist" for a Top 10 International Re/Max agent. I quickly became her top "Buyer’s Specialist" and knew then, real estate was my passion. I had my General Contractors License and got my ABR, and I'm always staying on top of the latest technology to help me be a better, more complete Realtor. I'm consistently study the market trends of the area and what area's are doing best. My experience working with a "Top Producer", gave me a first hand knowledge of real estate in all facets. From marketing a house in a , to negotiating a contract, to following the process to closing. I enjoy watching the excitement and satisfaction on my clients face, when they’ve walked into that “special home”.
