I have lived in several areas(Durham, Cary, Inside Beltline Raleigh, North Raleigh) of the Triangle during my adult life. After attending North Carolina State University, I founded a high-end furniture manufactoring business with a partner. After 6 years of making pencil post beds, dining room tables, fine mirrors, book shelves, and other fine furnishings and after spending long hours each day and night trying to build my company, I realized spending time with my family was too important. I've been married to my loving wife Carol for almost 20 years, and have two wonderful children...Tyler and Jessica. I enjoy traveling, boating, sports, reading non-fiction, playing the drums and spending time with my family. I also enjoy the relationships and friendships I developed with my clients over the years. Helping clients find that special home is what makes my job the best in the Triangle! Why Real Estate? I started working as a "Buyers Specialist" for a Top 10 International Re/Max agent. I quickly became her top "Buyer’s Specialist" and knew then, real estate was my passion. I got my General Contractors License and ABR, and I'm always staying on top of the latest technology to help me be a better, more complete Realtor. I've actually taken all the classwork, leaving me with only a test away from my Home Inspection License. My experience working with a "Top Producer", gave me a first hand knowledge of real estate in all facets. From marketing a house, to negotiating a contract, to following the process to closing, I can’t tell you how much I enjoy selling real estate and it shows each time I open a door.
